Sustainable and optimal design of Chinese herbal medicine supply chain network based on risk dynamic regulation mechanism

چکیده

Abstract We propose a robust fuzzy design model for sustainable closed-loop supply chain network. The is based on risk dynamic regulation mechanism. In this way, we can solve the problem of sudden disruptions and uncertain demand in Chinese herbal medicines. also develop hybrid algorithm solution to resilient specific steps are as follows: (1) mechanism created with strong resistance by considering information sharing platform, facility defense, drying station scheduling, safety stock, shared inventory. (2) Based mechanism, establish medicine network model. Then, use method epsilon constraint deal uncertainty integrate (3) introduce opposition-based learning, cosine convergence factor, levy flight original Whale Grey wolf algorithms obtain Hybrid algorithm, which used processed results show proposed paper have applicability advantages designing networks provide references relevant decision-makers.
